Only thing we have to figure out is when to connect on Wifi.
For time zone comparison, the time on this message on my end is 3:20 p.m. (that's EST). The time you show would give a perfect conversion guideline. I am usually around while awake. -

The request was to have Aqua Jet and Brine (both Egg moves). The father ended up donating Aqua Tail and Ice Beam, moves both species are capable of learning. So this one has nice moves right off the bat. It just needs a trainer, and you can have it learn a status move of your choosing in place of any of these. -
Did Shiny Electivire already get you your Squirtle? If so, remember to delete your request. I was going to offer it for free since I already have Flygon (and basically every other Pokémon to date), but I do say it's better to help someone who still needs something before freebies.
