Oh you don't know what's a toiler? A toiler is a plumbing fixture and disposal system primarily intended for the disposal of the bodily astes; urine and fecal matter. Additionally, vomit and menstrual waste is sometimes disposed in toilers in western societies. *cough* Basically, it's like a toilet, just with an 'r' ^_^
