You're right... She really act a bit weird...; Like these girly manga characters in animes for girls... ; I think she likes Dawn's clothes... She asks her where she got them and Dawn answers she got them from her Mom. (Maybe selfmade from Mommy. xD) Candice said the clothes are "Kawaii" XD That means ubber cute.

The Pokemon Fans are all going nuts about the Gold/Silver remakes... 8D SoulSilver and HeartGold.
Are you interested in that? I think they will become epic games since the classical Gold/Silver/Crystal games were already the best games of the series. In my opinion... I mean, where else can you beat 16 gymleaders? xD
