Question about Map Scrolling

Ive noticed that in RPG maker xp, the map just keeps scrolling, however I want the screen to just display the 15x20 map without scrolling (much like the Zelda oracle games). I wonder if there is away to adjust this.

But sometimes if it's connected to other maps, it can get a bit weird.

It worked :P But I realised that the screen does not show the whole 20x15. I need to find a way to resize. Figured it out, however the menus are now too small, need to find away to bypass this.

(SnapEdge does get weird when its connected with other maps; the game doesn't know where to transfer the player to)
