Mapper is one of the few roles, I am not Desperate for, but might assign for 'ideas'.
To take a screenshot, this is not from VBA, on your keyboard near the top right, there is a "print screen" button. Click that, and it will copy an image of your computer screen to your temporary memory. Then just go into eithier Paint, or Photoshop, or an Image Editting program and "crop" your image to a reasonable size.
Then host it, and post it.
