[Update!!] Phew. I was desperately in need of an update, that's for sure. So here it is. This is a new Grass/Flying type I've named Quadata. Despite having tiny wings, Quadata uses its long, slender legs to run at extremely high speeds and then launch itself into the air. The leaf on its' head will also move and act as a rotor to help it fly.
