If you can't think of good city names, name it for what it represents.
Ex.
Fortree = Tree forts
Floaroma = Flora, aroma
Jubilife = Jubilous Life
And gym leaders for their tyope
Ex.
Flannery = Flame
Candice = Ice
Volkner= Volt
Roxanne = Rocks
Misty = self-explanatory
