Eh, I just thought it would be a useful bit of potentially awesome information.
Fufu, I used the Tweaking Glitch in Pearl to get to it. It shone after about 100 or less resets.
Still nothing new, but I did about 50 or so Dialga resets yesterday. I want it to shine so badly!
