Also consider that...
- We're usually doing this in smaller groups, while Game Freak has a much larger team. It's illogical to think that we make as much progress as they do. Plus they get paid, whilst we don't.
- We don't spend every second of our day working on our games. We have lives too.
- We do go through periods where we lose inspiration, and progress slows down. Whether it be days, weeks, or months.
- There's been games finished, but nobody bothers to give half an effort and search for them; thus creating the illusion that almost no games have been finished.
Offending you is not my intention, but feed back like that is tiring to a developer, and can be discouraging.
