Heheheh...The time capsule. *sigh* I was going to suggest that approach myself, but I was a wee bit tired at the time. I suppose it would work, though it's important then that you keep the location of data for moves and pokemon that will be tradeable the same to avoid conflicts. I'm sure you know that, but just making sure.
The screens you've posted look quite good, however.
