It's a good thing Bay posted her review, or otherwise I never would have read this.
Because this was good. It was well-written, especially in the way that you told the story. The outer frame story with Gin and Red didn't take away from the battles, but added to them by giving more of an idea as to what was at stake in the battles. Bruiser was particularly my favorite of the three Pokemon.
I enjoyed this story a lot (it even pulled me out of my fanfiction reading/reviewing funk), so I'm definitely hoping that you'll continue posting more one-shots. (I might even have to look at 7Feathers now!)
