Just wow. Privy Council. Just...so cliche. EVIL COUNCIL IN CONTROL OF EVERYTHING WANTS TO BECOME GOD/ALLPOWERFULL etc. okay...and Oswald was a weak villian and was just like the Privy Council in goals. Though he was sorta alright because he did this one thing which was cool.
