IMO the Extreme Killer set would have to be the most efficient due to how it can sweep teams in merely the blink of an eye after a Swords Dance and just spamming Extreme Speed severely denting if not outright OHKO'ing anything that doesn't resist it.

Either Deoxys A or Deoxys S would tie for second place IMO since their speed levels are among the highest in the game and the former's offensive prowess is nearly unmatched while the latter is excellent in making the opponent second guess their plans of countering it if they don't know Deoxys S's moveset yet.
