Because Ness barely even glimpsed any Infected before being forced away from his trainer and doesn't recognise many non-Unovan species, he'll find Flight barely concious. Seeing the only familiar-looking pokemon for miles around (even if it's a little weirdly coloured) he'll try to nurse her back to health, and probably get in deep trouble if he meets Snypes or the Valoran Army (For harbouring the enemy, you see).
