How could I have forgotten the Pokemon with no weakness??
The first thing that pops into my mind if Pikachu and Joltik family. Pikachu's because it's the mascot, and being the mascot of Pokemon, does get a lot of attention....especially in fan art. As for Joltik....I just see it everywhere.
