Hmm. The abandoned Pokemon Mansion... I like it! I was considering Rock Tunnel or Mt. Moon but I really didn't want to have to resort to one of those two. I know I could add a new Pokemon encounter like the other legendaries that appears as a sprite. I remember reading up on it somewhere, I'd just have to find that again and refresh my memory. However, I'm sure I would need to learn quite a bit more asm to make it so that Mew wouldn't appear until the Elite Four was beaten. But if I don't ever get that figured out, it won't be the end of the world
EDIT: Oh! I just thought of a really good idea to mix it up with the Ghost and Pokemon Tower!! It's not a big edit but I think it's a really good idea! Buuut I'm gonna keep it a secret for now
and Lavender Town Probably won't be included until the second Beta so I guess you'll just have to wait!
