I was going to just flip the yellow but then I realized it was begining to look a bit to much like a Corphish and a magmar fused. So I gave it some different colors. Since that was undoing someone elses work, I took their idea of a thunder crab and made that more apparent. I also made the second pair of eyes different so either eyes could be interpreted as false.
Things we need:
Fixing that bigger claw to look like a claw
Using the palette to shade the dang thing.
Making the tail in the shape of something electric like a thunder bolt or light bulb.
Things that might be helpful:
Extra legs or claws
more spikes.
