Are those Pokemon hacked? IMO, hacked Pokemon are usually frowned down upon in Wi-Fi, unless the other person agrees to use them too.

Also, some of your Pokemon are way too specialized in Baton Passing boosts, and that could be a downfall, because of the prevalence of phazing moves (Whirlwind/Roar/Dragon Tail/Circle Throw). Smeargle is an absolute staple in Baton Pass teams due to its access to every support and setup move in existence:
-Spore
-Shell Smash
-Baton Pass
-Ingrain/Taunt/Magic Coat
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 80 HP/96 Def/80 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo

Espeon is also worth considering because of Magic Bounce to reflect most status moves back. It might be a good idea to find some (legitimate) special attackers to use with this, though:
-Calm Mind
-Baton Pass
-Stored Power
-Hidden Power (Fighting)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce

Venomoth or Ninjask are also options over Scizor because it's usually guaranteed to Baton Pass something (Quiver Dance boosts for Venomoth; Swords Dance and Speed boosts for Ninjask). BPing Defense boosts isn't useful in general too:
Venomoth:
-Sleep Powder
-Quiver Dance
-Baton Pass
-Bug Buzz/Roost
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Black Sludge
Ability: Tinted Lens

Ninjask:
-Swords Dance
-Substitute
-Baton Pass
-X-Scissor/Protect
Nature: Impish
EVs: 248 HP/236 Def/24 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Speed Boost
