I think the juggernaut is sort of cheap is because its technically is better then the 15 kill streak jugg because it has the riot shield, this means you can sit in a corner which makes it even more annoying in my opinion. When something comes close to your corner you can blast it away with the usp 45 which makes it a tool for campers
