As Sir. Akio previously stated, this RP was revived, so yes, the IC has been up for quite a while, as of now it is currently nightime.
That said, there is a high chance that I sign-up for this RP, for I've been
stalking following it for quite some time. I do not ensure I'll sign-up, but I'll most likely do so if I find enough free time to be active in another RP.
