I tend to prefer to have physical copies of movies that I enjoy, so I buy them in Blu-ray when I can. If I'm not sure I'll like a film, I'll watch it via my brother's Netflix, but If I like it I'll usually buy it.
(besides I find ripping straight from the BD discs to have way better quality than anything downloaded.)
