Comes in on any move(cb eq isn't a 2hko) and either scald for a lot of damage and possible burn or circle throw predicting the switch.

It avoids being scalded with Water Absorb, can not be hit by Cirle Throw thanks to its typing, can Taunt Poliwrath so it can't even go to sleep to remove status, and then just Toxic it and stall it out.
