after hours of trying i finally patched it
found that if you changed the setting of NUPS to notify if operation not succesful it worked!!
EDIT : Found that i cant see the sprite of rival(the trainer with cynadquil)
EDIT : Not able to save the game and after restart the problem which occured earlier returns
