@Crystallized: The PC system exists, if that's what you're asking. You cannot however use it to bypass the 3 pokemon starting limit, and they may also not bypass the starter pokemon level limit of 25. Additional pokemon past the first 3 need to be obtained from the wild (or from a trade / egg)
