Please let me know if it's not legit. so I can seek another for the shop I plan to open.
EDIT: Further research and inquisition reveals it was inexplicably switched with the WIN2011 at the last second, explaining why the WIN2011 has two different distribution periods for it. However, the GAMESTP Celebi had leaked before the promotion ever took place and before the switch, which is why it's making the rounds.

The Celebi is technically legitimate. It is a copy that was not meant for mass distribution, but nonetheless it was still distributed to a select few. Honestly, I don't see a problem with it being traded. If you wish to continue trading it, I would suggest informing the recipient about Celebi's background before trading and letting him/her make their own decision with regards to it.

Celebi's not hacked. Just some store managers who got trigger happy.
