For me has to be -
Bidoof and Bibarel, never liked their design. Don't know what else to say about them
Combee, doesn't look exciting in design, or even looks like a bee-like animal
as oppose to many above, I love Purugly, one of my top 5 Sinnoh favorites, though they should have picked a much better name.
