Bulbapedia is a Pokemon encyclopedia and considering encyclopedias are probably the most detailed books of information, it's only natural this internet encyclopedia contain everything about Pokemon that it can hold. Serebii is a bit more straight forward and less detailed than Bulbapedia. And not an encyclopedia, lol.
