You'll probably want to look at the
wiki page since there's a bunch of ways you can craft it and customize it... but you'll at the least want some dye, paper, and lots of gunpowder, then use it in a dispenser.
So the server keeps saying I don't have permission to use /spawn, /home, etc. THIS IS VERY DEGRADING SERVER, STOP IT. :'(
