Cecil, taking Rafael's hand to shake it, felt a bit more comfortable with his new friend. “H-hey, i'm new here so can you show me where the dorms are, ”Cecil asked Rafael,“O-oh and by the way i'm in the Entei dorm so i'm pretty sure it's the buildings with red on them,” informed Cecil. He looked down at Lulu and Waldo fighting and laughed at them before Rafael responded.

Cecil knew he would have a good time here. The people seemed nice, well most of them anyway, there's bound to be a few people he won't get along with. Haunter began to try to play with Sparky as Cecil conversed with Rafael.
