It seems pretty unlikely this time, but people might be interested if the English version for example is missing a feature from the Japanese version, or the UK version is missing a feature from the American version.
Let's hope that Pokémon doesn't have multiplayer region lock like Nintendo itself is hell-bent on doing. Those idiots.
