PS3 will be getting Dragonborn on Feb 12th, followed by heathfire on Feb 19th, and on Feb 26th Dawnguard will be released.
I think they're only releasing them one week apart so nothing bad happens when releasing them all at once. Also they will be sold 50% off to make up for the delay.
