I heard that there was an add on to google chrome that allowed you to scrobble from youtube.
I can't say for sure how well it works though, because I use Firefox.
Edit: I just gave it a whirl, it seems to work very well actually.

although to be fair, I've only used Last.Fm for internet radio, and I only have one device that scrobbles, and it doesn't have very much music on it (Google Play)
