What kind of Hoenn Pokemon of the same-type of your Starter Pokemon you will choose if you can't choose your Hoenn Starter Pokemon?

Probably Lotad as I just LOVE IT! Oh, and it weak to mainly Poison, Flying and Bug, so only Winona would be a problem for it!
