If anything, hold the events earlier, obviously. Gives people more time to have fun and sign up and etc etc.

I'm not sure about the Newlyweds Challenge since I didn't join (been a long time since I got paired) but from what I see it was fun.

The Matchmaker thread definitely had its no shows, which sucked. The romantic pair this was also kind of a fail, iirc. But I don't know if that was from people not liking the idea, or there simply not being time to advertise.

The chat thread was kind of mediocre, but I guess that can be attributed to the fact it opened maybe 2 days before V-day. I imagine it'd be more active if we opened it earlier. =P
