Non-Disclosure Agreement, which basically means that anyone involved in the localization of the game is not permitted to openly disclose anything of the game to the world, which was basically this. Which is also why I doubt its a marketing thing from Nintendo, that would actually be grounds to null any future breachings of NDA's.
