Just saying, it's not important to say the IVs in the Competitive Team Help forum.

Ninetales isn't as effective as the other weather starters because of its Stealth Rock weakness and low Defense, so winning weather wars is very important:

Given that Sun teams are susceptible to entry hazards, you need a way to control them. Donphan or Espeon are your best bets here; either can go over Swampert, since its Water STAB is weakened in sun. Donphan replaces Skarmory, while Espeon goes over Swampert:
