I designed it (with gamemaker) to create gamemaker data structures with specific data so that the data can be turned into a string(wrote), saved in an ini(.DSF(Data Structure File)), and then you can copy&paste it into the game code so that a data structure can automatically be set to that data(read), as opposed to using a large amount of code to set the values. This way, the game can be smaller and slightly faster.
I'm not rom hacking anymore. I'm making the game now!
