Well I have some sort of insomnia like issues although it isn't really the absence of sleep since more often than not my body will eventually crash (within a day or two at least). Annyyywaaayyy I tend to go to sleep between the hours of 3:30am and 5:00am on average and wake up between 6:00am and 11:00am it really depends on how badly I crashed and how well I sleep.
As for when I am at my best, probably about 12:00pm-2:30pm but really a deadline is always the best motivation so a lot of my best work is actually done close to midnight.
