For one, you need to post the team's nature and EVs.

While most of your Pokémon are UU, RU and NU, this looks like an OU team to me, considering the presence of Toxicroak and Skarmory.

Weak Armor wastes away Skarmory's excellent defensive prowess:
-Spikes/Stealth Rock
-Whirlwind
-Roost
-Brave Bird/Taunt
Nature: Impish/Careful
EVs: 224 HP/252 Def/32 SDef or 224 HP/32 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
Ability: Sturdy

or
-Spikes
-Stealth Rock
-Taunt
-Brave Bird
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Custap Berry
Ability: Sturdy

Toxicroak sees use on Rain teams only. Terrakion or Conkeldurr your best bets as a Fighting Pokémon outside of rain:

Terrakion:
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-X-Scissor
-Quick Attack/Sacred Sword/Rock Slide
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf

or
-Rock Polish
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon

or
-Stealth Rock
-Taunt/Swords Dance
-Stone Edge
-Close Combat
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash

or
-Substitute
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Rock Gem/Salac Berry

Conkeldurr:
-Bulk Up
-Drain Punch
-Ice Punch/Stone Edge/Payback
-Mach Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 120 HP/252 Atk/136 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Guts

or
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Facade/Payback
-Ice Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 128 HP/252 Atk/128 SDef
Item: Flame Orb/Toxic Orb
Ability: Guts

or
-Substitute
-Focus Punch
-Mach Punch
-Payback/Stone Edge
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist

or
-Drain Punch
-Ice Punch
-ThunderPunch
-Mach Punch
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 120 HP/252 Atk/136 SDef
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force

Rapidash's shallow movepool and Stealth Rock weakness hold it back from being OU. Galvantula's movepool is decent, but again, its Stealth Rock weakness holds it back. You can form a Volt-turn core with Scizor and Rotom-W/Jolteon/Thundurus-T:

Rotom-W:
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Modest
EVs: 232 HP/56 SAtk/220 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Thunder Wave/Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/28 SAtk/232 SDef
Item: Leftovers

or
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Trick/Thunderbolt
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf

Thundurus-T:
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Focus Blast/Grass Knot
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Expert Belt/Choice Scarf

Scizor:
-U-turn
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower
-Quick Attack/Pursuit
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spe
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Technician

Jolteon:
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Signal Beam
-Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb

Starmie is the better alternative over Kabutops, IMO, since it has excellent coverage, plus it's faster:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Recover
-Thunderbolt/Psyshock
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure

or
-Scald
-Rapid Spin
-Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
-Recover
Nature: Timid
EVs: 248 HP/36 Def/224 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure

If you want to keep Kabutops, this set is better:
-Rapid Spin
-Stone Edge
-Aqua Jet
-Swords Dance/Low Kick
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
Ability: Weak Armor/Swift Swim
