The image is blurred. Instead of having a larger blurry image, you should use a smaller part of the gym. It'll look a lot better then.
The Pokeballs are okay, but sprites again would be nicer.

I could help you with the image if you want?

7/10 I would have better appreciated the "Higher" if it was CSS, not a image. Decent song and lyrics... But yeah, I value CSS in signatures. :)

There isn't much there, and you could've used [title] tags to put the last two lines (or just the last line, even) within the Es.

Other than that, though, the alignment of the different colored Es to form an Eevee head is pretty good. Dunno if you did that by yourself, but if you did, kudos to you!

The egg banner is totally out of place, and the Jirachi banner is just... ugly.
