mystery dungeon Blue (Fly)

How do i get the hms besides dive in mystery dungeon blue rescue team?

Collect Keys, for one thing (found in assorted dungeons). The TMs are scattered around behind locked doors that you need keys for. Fly in particular is in the sky dungeon (I forget the name at the moment...Wyvern Cave, I think).

eh... keys? are they just lying around? or do you get them from doing missions?

Just lying around. You won't find them in all the Dungeons, though, or in most of the ones you go to during the main game. Solar Cave should give you quite a few.

By the way, I double-checked: Fly is in Wyvern Hill, floor 30.
