O.K,

So I was playing Platinum when I decided to check all the local connections in my area. So I tried one and I got a COMPLETED CONECTION.

Now I can go to the GTS and everything. I even got a Fiend Code.

But will it cost or damage the other people's comouter and their bills?

You're stealing their internet which is illegal but with the amount of bandwidth you're using, I doubt it'd make much of a difference to their bill. This doesn't go here, though, and I don't think they want it in DPP so I'm just gonna send it over to the tech forum.

Erm... Since you're a minor, not exactly. They can't exactly find out who it is specifically. It's their own fault for having it open so I'd go ahead and use it if I were you. ;)
