The people with under 200 posts who have tried to claim things haven't had their claims accepted. I deal with acceptances/denials via VM, so as not to derail this thread by writing endless posts with nothing more than 'accepted'/'rejected'.

So, yes. The 200 post rule is still in effect. To prevent people and/or bots from joining, claiming something and then leaving shortly afterwards.
