Before the universe existed, there was Arceus who lived in the realm of chaos. This Pokemon was a tall white creature measuring about ten feet high with a strange armor-like substance around the center of it's body that was a yellow color that shined in the light. Green eyes and a dark-grey face was part of the creature, along with white fur extending from it's head backwards. It somewhat resembled a gazelle, except for these features.

After many years of wandering the realm of chaos (which were like seconds as time either passed at least one-thousand times faster without anything to control it or didn't occur at all), creating specific Pokemon with powers rivaling it's own in order to rule over everything in existence. There was Giratina, Dialga, and Palkia. These three were like brothers, if not for their appearance. Eventually they got along, and each one controlled a certain aspect of existence. Dialga controlled all of time, while Palkia controlled space. Giratina however was the ruler of a portion of the realm of chaos, and was known for it's mischievous behavior.

The creator of these three then spent a day separating the realm of chaos, calling them dimensions. One of them was the Beginning Dimension, where Arceus laid out his plan to create the universe of Pokemon. The other was Turnback Cave, which was suited for Giratina's ghost-type needs allowing it to rule over a realm of darkness. There were two others, where the grand scheme of the universe was to be laid out. The first one was where the planets, stars, and asteroids were created. Earth, Moon, Mars, so on and so on, they all slowly were made carefully at the same time by Arceus.

Afterwards, three Pokemon were created to populate Earth. Uxie, Mespirit, and Azelf. They were created after Kyogre and Groundon to shift the Earth, while Dialga and Palkia were to implement time and space to this dimension. The first three Pokemon on Earth were made to teach willpower, emotion, and knowledge to the humans and Pokemon they were given the power to make. After this, Dialga and Palkia raged war and almost destroyed all of existence. This spawned fear in Pokemon, creating Darkrai, which trapped people in nightmares to gain power. The same fear also spawned hope that this would end, creating Cresselia, a counter to Darkrai. Eventually the world was almost destroyed, and for their chaos, Dialga and Palkia were banished to a forbidden part of the realm of chaos, where as long as Azelf, Mespirit, and Uxie maintained by focusing energy, the two could not escape. Shaymin and others were created to re-create the Earth, as the Spear Pillar was Dialga's and Palkia's battleground of choice. Afterwards, Arceus created four caves, each where a gigantic pokemon would sleep. When awakened by Arceus, it was said these four would be needed for a task that requires destruction of humans.

Ever since the battle between Dialga and Palkia occurred, darkness enveloped life. Giratina rebelled against Arceus to go to Earth and influence those that enter with darkness, hence the term; the rebellion Pokemon. Pokemon started becoming hostile, losing the trust of others as the battle soon taught betrayal and hate to life. This caused others to distrust people enough to fight. Humans however were somehow unharmed by darkness until afterwards, and were still pure of heart, as the hate only influenced the Pokemon at the time.

The humans believed Pokemon were to be punished for this, and killed Pokemon or made them slaves, thus starting the trend of Pokemon trainers centuries later, except trainers had an actual bond with their Pokemon. This only caused more hate in Pokemon, and soon all of them were influenced and attacked. The Pokemon planned a rebellion, and they were soon to be remembered as the Sinnoh Legends to the Pokemon of the future. They were the ones that actually caused good and stopped another destructive era of war...

However later it started again, only with humans as the threat. Having found a tablet explaining this all when the leading researchers were gone, pokemon-haters soon somehow convinced pokemon lovers to at least restrict pokemon's powers outside of battle. This soon escalated to a war, as pokemon disliked this idea, and stopped listening to their trainers when this was suggested. Soon people believed they were going to kill all humans again out of hatred, and they were all going to be eliminated by a nervious government. A new breed of legends were needed, as the Sinnoh government took this the most seriously having experienced another incident with Dialga and Palkia. These legends were to protect pokemon, or else we might end up with a mass killing ending pokemon's existance, no matter how important they might be...

Rules:

1) Follow the basic forum rules.
2) If you're a pokemon, you cannot be a legendary except for the Regis, as they're supposed to be a last resort against humanity.
3) Humans are allowed up to three realistic weapons. No katana shooting machine guns please.
4) If you somehow die in the RP, you're not allowed to come back with that character. You are however, allowed to make a new character and role-play with that one.
5) Following with rule #4, you're only allowed one character to RP as that's alive.
6) Spelling and grammer is a must in any piece of writing. If you make one typo, it's fine, but I will not accept internet speak or just poor grammer and spelling overall.
7) This is an alternate universe roleplay obviously, so some of the pokemon mythology may be different from their in-game counterparts.

Name: Fayt Rivers
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Pokemon: Luxray

Appearence: Fayt looks like a regular Luxray, except for being about a foot higher than a normal Luxray. His skin is a somewhat yellow color, with a orange tail and gleaming gold eyes, so he's technically a shining pokemon. There is a scar spreading from his mouth to his right eye also. The star-like tail also has a tiny blue dot on it.

Personality: Fayt is a persistant pokemon that doesn't easily give up on his goals. He hates humans and is easily angered by them, ready to stand his ground and fight when needed. However he isn't exactly optimistic either. Fayt always ends up being able to finding some sort of negative reply to anything, even if he doesn't bother saying it.

History: Fayt while a Shinx grew up living with a pokemon hunter, as a captured pokemon. This caused his hatred of humans, as he was treated like dirt when around this trainer, and this caused the idea of most humans treating their pokemon this way. One day as a Luxio he escaped during a battle, expecting to flee. However there was a blue dot on his tail that ended up making him easy to notice, if not for the fact he's a shiny pokemon as well. A lot of trainers hunted him for his rarity, while some believed they could return the Luxio to it's own trainer. This caused him to dislike trainers overall, as just because he was oddly colored, everyone wanted him.

After training against trainers who tried to capture him, the willpower of Fayt only ended up making him stronger, and eventually he became a Luxray. While he did care for pokemon in need, this hatred was what really fueled him, allowing the Luxray to become more and more powerful, as it encouraged him to get powerful enough to defend himself from just about everything. After finding out about this chaos involving humans killing pokemon, Luxray felt it was perfect for exacting revenge on those who tormented him all his life. Thus, he decided he might as well help out the pokemon.

History:Max grew up in Johto.He didnt have a particulair town/city to call home.As long as he can remember he was a traveling trainer.He made many friends and rivals in Johto.His parents were killed in an accident when max was 8.They were killed when Ho-Oh was being chased by team rocket.The pokemon of legendary strength sprayed the land with fire killing his parents,but he managed to hide in a cave as he watched his parents die.He will always remember them and always want revenge on Team rocket even though he hides his rage.

Pokemon:Typhlosian

Appearence:Has the normal skin color of a Typhlosian,but his flame glows blue and red when he starts to battle.He is about 6ft. tall,a little taller then normal Typhlosians.

Personality:He is vengful,and angry at all humans.He has no hate toward other pokemon,but travels alone by choice.He is also very stuborn.

History:Vulcan was captured by a member of team rocket as a Cyndaquil in the Johto region because of his odd colored flame.He was forced to battle anyone that got in the grunts way.Durring one of these battles Vulcan evolved into a Quilava.When he evolved he became more powerful,and was able to escape.The grunt had put him through many battles that scarred and bruised him.He now hates all humans because he thinks that they are all like that grunt.Vulcan traveled to sinnoh with othe pokemon to escape the humans,but to their suprise humans occupie sinnoh.Now revenge is the only thing on Vulcans mind as he wanders through Sinnoh alone and angry.

Ect:Vulcans fire attacks are blue,as the flame around his neck.Many humans try to captur him just for his flame's color.

Name: Yumiko Hazel

Gender: Female

Age: 15

Pokemon: Skarmory

Appearance: A large silver bird of streamline shape and powerful ability, Yumiko bears a strong resemblance to any other Pokemon of her species. The middle plate on her right wing is green rather than red but that's the only oddity color wise. The spike on the top of her head has a chip missing from it and a long scratch down the right side of her pointed face tells the story of a battle she was once in.

Personality: A highly intelligent female, Yumiko uses her sharp senses to their best advantage and fights with all the fierceness of her kind. She is very proud and doesn't take insults well but apart from that she is a fairly friendly creature, if a bit distant. Having fun is something she doesn't really understand but she takes great joy in riding the wind. Often restless and sometimes drawn into long periods of thought, Yumiko does not relax easily but she tries to keep a calm demeanor.

Etc: Yumiko is terrified of fire but fascinated by lightning. Both of these are triggered by past events. Born and raised on a mountain in Johto, the young steel type always loved to watch the lightning when it stormed. She explored the mountain side with her sister and their small group of friends. As they grew older they roamed farther, watching occasionally as humans traveled up and down the mountain side. At the age of five she left her clan along with her small group intending to explore a distant mountain range. Along the way they ran into a group of trainers and were forced to fight. Though most of their group escaped, one of Yumiko's close friends was captured and never seen again.

Weary and sad, the flock settled in a forest for a short while to recover and mourn the loss of their friend. Though none of them had ever trusted humans, the distrust had never become anything more. Now it became hate. They formed a plan to track down the humans and free their friend but they were unable to do so because a fire started in the night and by the time they realized they were in danger the flames were all around them and three of their group were killed. One of the ones that died was Yumiko's sister. This was bad enough but later the three remaining Skarmory learned that the fire was caused by a foolish young trainer and his fire type Pokemon.

The actions of that foolish group may not have caused a hate for all trainers if it had not been for a trainer who managed to capture her a few years later. The girl was not exactly cruel, but she was cold. She trained her Pokemon hard and battled them even harder. There was rarely a kind word, or any kind of acknowledgment for a job well done. Just training, training, and training. Even still, Yumiko began to develop a bond, a distant one, but a bond none-the-less. A year passed and old memories were fading and a tentative friendship was beginning to worm its way into the steel type's heart. Then her trainer traded her off for another Pokemon. This betrayal sealed the stamp of distrust and brought back old feelings that had nearly been covered. The new trainer was hardly better than the old and when the boy dropped her Pokeball by mistake during a battle, Yumiko attacked it, severing the control it held over her and escaping captivity for good.

Name: Tykii (Tie-Key)
Gender: Female
Age: 20 years
Pokemon: Mantyke
Appearence: Tykii is much larger than other Mantyke, and ultimately more powerful. From the many battles she has suffered through at sea, Tykii has numerous scars upon her face and back.
Personality: Feirce, ruthless, unforgiving and merciless to his enemies. Kind, helpful and considerate to his friends and aquantinces. She more or less dislikes humans, but is willing to interact and cooperate with them, as long as they support a good cause.
Ect: Tykii carries a kunai on a silver chain around her neck, although she never uses it in battle for fear of damaging it. It was give to her by an old woman who nursed Tykii back to healt when she was injured in a sea battle.
History: Tykii was born at sea during a raging storm, at which point her mother was carried off into the Abyss, leaving her alone in an undersea cave. Eventually, Tykii ventured out of her cave and fought to survive. At one point, she was severly injured, and an old woman in Sunnyshore nursed her back to health.

Gender: Male
Age: 16, and in level, 75
Pokémon: Absol
Appearence: His looks much like other absol, excpet he has a scar under his left eye and his claws and the blade on his head are red instead of blue. He is also slightly larger than most others.
Personality: Shade is very kindhearted, yet also very protective of the ones he cares for. He loves a good battle and never passes up the opportunity to show off. He is also a good leader, once leading a pack of absol before he went out on his own.
History: He was born into a small group of absol. Immediately he was singled out as different. He became strong due to his being frequently bullied by the "normal" absol. Then he defeated the pack leader and took over. He left it later on, going out on his own.
Ect: He has been chased after by many collectors due to his special coloration. As a result he stays away from humans.

IC: A blury figure raced through a thick green forest, looking for something. Group of trainers were following the trail, accompanied by their various pokemon. The figure was about 5'04", with primarily blue fur with some gold colored skin. It was basically an abormal Luxray from analyzing some other features, such as a star-shaped tip at the end of the tail. It's eyes turned a bright gold as it avoided tree after tree, pokemon after pokemon. By the looks of it, the creature was looking for a place to hide from the trainers, who were slowly catching up riding on their pokemon's backs.

Pathetic, why can't they just leave us pokemon alone? If we wanted to be captured, we'd just walk right up to them and let us... This is the exact reason I dislike humans, their need to capture us and torment us; using us as their battle slaves...

The Luxray quickly ended the thought and focused on what was happening right now, as a beam of white hot energy was sent right torward the pokemon, just barely missing him. The beam however didn't leave the trainers without a prize, as they were rewarded with an angry Ursaring rampaging throughout the forest looking for what launched the energy beam.

"Crap, retreat!" The group of trainers previously chasing the Luxray ran off, as soon the Ursaring found the source and unleashed an attack called Rock Tomb. The trainers soon were being pelted by rocks from the Ursaring, which were getting larger and larger as the bear pokemon chased htem.

They deserved the attack... Soon they'll be torn to shreads by the pokemon that beam hit...

Just on cue with the thought, the trainers were lured into a cave as screams were heard, from pokemon and trainer alike. It seemed that the bear-like creature catched up to them through a technique that raised it's speed and was releasing it's anger on them. The pokemon that was known for it's oddly colored skin let out a sigh of relief, as it was sure it didn't have to endure spending time with another trainer it'd learn to hate and soon would betray. The running soon turned into a complete halt, as the Luxray, known as Fayt to it's few companions. The chase was over, and the Luxray could finally relax for a few minutes until the hunt was on once again.

IC: Shade ducked. A blue and red pokeball flew over his head. He hurled a razor wind at the collector, blasting the man off his feet and slamming him into a boulder. Then shade ran.

"Why is it they always throw pokéballs at me?" He asked himself, leaping from rock to rock over a small river.

He ran for several miles, until he was sure he was away from the collector. He sighed with relief. "See him cross that river...' He said to himself, out of breath. The river was deep and fast, and there was no way across save for leaping across on the rocks. Which Shade had now destroyed.

Appearence:AJ is average height and weight, he is Hispanic male which means his skin tone is dark, a tannish kind of tone. He has snowy white hair, that almost looks like platinum. His hair is in a short ponytail, about six or seven inches. His eyes are a angelic baby blue that seem to scream ' Oh my god! It's an Angel!' but his eyes are pretty deceiving. AJ has a medium type face, Not to tense, yet not to 'Cute' it's the whole pretty boy thing, with a great sense of 'I can kick your ass! And it's plastered on my face!' AJ wears a cross pendant right around his neck, it is a shining silver that just seems to kick out at you. AJ's main attire consists of a tight black undershirt made out of generic material, nothing real special. He wears a somewhat small dark crimson red combat vest with flames on the topper sleeves, on the back of the vest it reads in bold white letters ' Made In Heaven' and over that he wears a large white trench coat that has a cross on the back that is black and also the title, 'Fallen Angel'. He wears tight black pants, a nice leather texture. He also wears black combat boots, they have an iron sole in each shoe for more efficient walking. He has black fingerless gloves, they aren't fuzzy, just real padded. He is muscular, but not in the way that muscles are bulging everywhere and it looks like your kind of on steroids... AJ has a gold stud in his left ear ( Not Gay!) About 5'7, 145 lbs

Personality: Despite AJ's Appearance... He's a real nice guy! AJ plays the 'Good Cop, Every survivor counts. Doesn't matter what happens to me' card. He also tries to make sure that no one has to get hurt in a bad situation and this will also go for the bad guy, he has tried to keep this trait ever since learning that a long line of murderers and crooks were his descendants, he will try to make everything right and make up for his descendants sins. He is an overall nice guy but does get fed up pretty easily by annoying people, he has a very great level of sarcasm and has the greatest comebacks for when he is insulted, which would seem out of character for a guy like him. He has a pretty decent sense of justice, and not to mention the fact that he loves adventure.AJ isn't someone you really want to anger, but to anger him you have to actually try since it takes alot to actually anger him. Considering getting fed up and actually getting angered are totally different. He is serious and strict in battle but will also have a sense of humor to lighten up all the tense moments, this makes him a good companion. Even when your on his nerves he will try to help you out, but as said before he is not good to be around when angry. And that is pretty much AJ, the 'good cop who wants everyone to be safe'.

History: Not much of a history to go back on, atleast one he doesn't run away from. Being accused of murder, theft and many others has given him incentive to change his location.
Ect: Is a big time street brawler

The rushing of air through the smooth steel of her wings felt wonderful to Yumiko as she glided through air above a lush forest. It was peaceful and quiet, the perfect conditions for a calm flight. Flying above her were two smaller bird Pokemon, Pidgey. Neither were a threat and they gave heras much attention as she gave them, which was none. They were probably using the powerful Skarmory as protection from larger Pokemon.

Distant shouts reached the steel type's ears and she turned her head from the left to right, trying to see where it was coming from. Below. Silently she began to drift lower, circling overhead in an attempt to see what the cause of the commotion was.

The trees were thick but she was able catch glimpses of quickly moving figures between the leaves. Before she could descend any lower, a blast of light lit up the area and she suddenly realized what she was seeing. "Filthy humans," she growled, fluttering down onto a branch to get a better look. What she saw wasn't a cornered Pokemon and a triumphant trainer, but a group of scared kids and their Pokemon running away from a rampaging bear-like Pokemon.

"They ought to know better than to annoy a fierce beast like that." Yumiko felt that this group must be particularly arrogant and foolish to attack an Ursaring and expect to escape unharmed. She scanned the trees for any sign of them but they and the bear had vanished. The only thing that could be heard was the terrified screams a short distance away mixed with the roars of the angry Pokemon.

She stretched her powerful wings and prepared to take off into the sky once more, then noticed an oddly colored creature below. Ah ha, so that was the target. Humans. They couldn't see a unique creature without having to capture it.

Leaping from the tree, Yumiko soared down to get a better look at the odd Pokemon. She had no fear of an attack as she was confident in her abilities and also suspected that the lightning type would be worn out by the chase. "Oddity, aren't you," she said coolly as she landed.

OOC: Am I in?

IC: Tykii was manuvering swiftly through the vast creek. A merciless pokemon collecter sent out from the Sinnoh Government was hot on her tail, an ultra ball in hand. She swam along the bottom of the creekbed as erruptions of mud created by the collecter's footsteps blinded her. Near a downward slope into a underwater cave-like shelter, Tykii burst onto the surface and into the air, striking her pursuer with a powerful confuse ray before diving down the slope and into the cave. Distraught and confused from the attack, the collecter managed to run for a few miles before passing out under a large oak. Tykii emerged from the depths and onto the surface, utilizing her lungs.

"Humans," Tykii muttered, disgusted and angry at their behavior. "They're so bent on domination and warfare!" She hauled herself onto the surface and hovered in the air, midnight ivory eyes alight with hatred. She was scanning the forest for other humans coming to round up the pokemon. "Next time, I'll kill one if I have too!" Tykii screeched, enraged. She was just daring any collecters to come near her.

OOC: Fallen Angel_Messiah Of Black Roses is accepted, and Kyber-Groudon, you can talk in OOC using parentheses if you want. Stardust-Kumo, you've been accepted. Read my first IC post, I said everyone is accepted.

IC: Fayt's ears stiffened and raised, as he heard a voice coming from above. Turning around, the Luxray noticed a silver bird pokemon, with steel-like armor. A scar ran down the right side of the creature's face, and a middle plate on a wing was oddly colored green.

"Yea, I guess you could say that," The lightning pokemon was worn out, but cautious incase the bird which he thought was a Skarmory was a threat.

"Ever since those annoying humans seen my kind, which they call 'shining pokemon,' they hunt us till our last breath, and even then they try to capture us. Just due to that I barely get any time to rest, unless an occasion such as a rampaging pokemon appears. By the way, my name is Fayt..."

The sound of humans once again occured, but it was on a ravaged path away from the area the two pokemon were standing. Two trainers were conversing, talking about pokemon contests and the Elite Four. Even though the Luxray had enough energy to run, he decided to rest, staying quiet until they leave. A large green insect pokemon was following them, with wings and blade-like appendages for hands. It seemed to not be a threat, and actually one of their pokemon.

The Skarmory gave a tight smile as she replied, "If it doesn't look as it should then humans must have it. It is in their very natures." She studied him, considering whether or not to return her name for his. He was no threat to her, even if he wanted to be. Being an air born Pokemon meant she was able to avoid humans much easier than he was.

"I am Yumiko," she said at last, bowing her head slightly. Her sharp eyes flicked towards the sound of human voices and she shifted a little. The two humans did not seem to notice the Skarmory and Luxray, or perhaps they held no interest in the two. The latter seemed unlikely but their were oddballs in every breed.

"Do you plan to remain here in hiding, waiting for more humans who seek you to come? It would be better to find a less exposed shelter." She stretched her wings and hopped onto a low branch. "It is a shame you cannot fly."

Name: Shino mokai (No, not a rip off of Naruto)
Gender: Male
Age: 14
Pokemon: Pikachu
Appearance: Shino is lightning bolt scar on his forehead from his old trainer. He is a somewhat small pikachu but makes up for it by being very powerful. Shino is a brighter yellow than most other pikachu and his red dots on his face are slightly closer to his chin.

Personality: Shino is rather clam in the heat of battle due to being used to fighting and rarely stresses out or gets over confident. He relies mostly on his instincts to guide him through life as if being guided by a close friend. This also helps him in battle to make him dodge or to notice an enemy in the surroundings. Although he is calm in battle, he can talk a big game when he wants to intimidate the enemy or have fun during the battle. Shino isn't really the type to fallow a crowd unless it's for a good reason. It is hard for Shino to trust most pokemon/people because of how he thinks they will react to his somewhat small stature.

History: When Shino was younger, he was very foolish. He was caught in many traps, but because of his amazing speed, he was able to get out of those traps. Then, one day, Shino was his in the head with a rock and passed out. The next day, he found himself in a house of humans. Shino then noticed a bandage on his head. He scratched at it and when it came off, he noticed a scar. When Shino's attention left the scar, all he saw was a poke ball hit his head. The next thing he knew, he had been caught. Later that day, the trainer let Shino out and told him to use a thunderbolt on the cable wire as if he were a tool. Shino, instead used a thunderbolt on the human and fled as fast as he could. Ever since then, Shino has hated humans.

Ect: Shino's speed is nearly unmatchable by other pokemon. Very few have out ran him. Shino goes to his recent trainer's home to pull tricks on him.

Waiting for the humans to leave, the Luxray finally replied "Even if I can't fly, I'll still end up finding a way to not be captured using these eyes of mine. Well, I guess this should be a decent time to find better shelter, since this is a commonly used path,"

The eyes of Fayt once again glowed a bright gold as he slowly scanned the area, searching for humans hiding behind trees, as he slowly walked deeper into the forest...

"An abandoned mansion should be up ahead in this forest. While it isn't much, I should be able to rest somewhere in that area until those humans appear in there every... Midnight?"

The pokemon continued it's walk, slowly gaining enough speed to just outrun an average human. "Even if the humans can't reach you up there, their pokemon most definetely can unless you hide in the trees well." Fayt started to charge electrical energy as he continued onward to an area completely shrouded in darkness.

Yumiko turned her head away as if to say, "I'd like to see them try." Still, she descended into the trees and flew in a zigzag to avoid the many trunks and branches. She didn't speak for a while, simply picked up speed and considered things for a while.

"I am not worried about humans sending their Pokemon after me. They have to locate me first and I give them little chance to do so. As little as I can, anyway." Her eyes were as keen as any Pokemon's so the darkness they moved into was no concern to her. Instead she turned her pointed head this way and that in an attempt to locate the place Fayt had muttered.

"If I must be honest with you I do not fancy being trapped in a human nest. Still, it is a place to rest and I have been flying for some time, though I am not at all weary." This was not entirely true but she would never admit it to anyone but herself.
