Hiro Sprite

My friend said he made this spriteset and he said I could put it in my rom-hack. (in my sig) but I'm not sure if he made it.



Does anyone know who made it? or If i don't need permission

that seems pretty much like a sprite of hiro that colin (the dude who's making me all of the johto stuff) made me but I'm not sure, even though - you shouldn't create a thread to ask that, do it on the help or request thread :)

It's made by Polaris, so your friend didn't make it, unless he is Polaris.
This doesn't belong here either, you could have asked in the Help and Request thread.
