you can't stop Team Rocket's fate
any more than your hands can cup whole lake

when dirt crumbles to rising stance
knees buckle to surrendered bows
of sighs

no knock on concrete floors with arrival
no doors to leave the unhinged unwelcome

praise us high
jessie & james
& cat to proudly claim creamed crowd

tales of arbok & weezing's rage
acid paints a foggy town
to misty glare of doom and gloom
and over roofs, meowth balloon


watch out for us, pikachu;
spiraled fuchsia
and waterfall blue
and custard fur
are after you
