Unusable Chat and Strange, vast PM Inbox.

Since I have decided to make a project with a friend and the PMs in my inbox seem reluctant to slide into my files, I need PC Chat to work. I dislike having to answer about ten questions about viruses then finding that Chat doesn't work in the slightest. I may have asked this before, but that was more based on its design. But if you have any information to shed on the PMs reluctance, that would be most appreciated.

The chat requires Java, make sure you have the latest version installed and updated.
You have to "allow" the chat applet - you should get a notice asking you to allow it.. do so.

How useful is that? xD

I'll try Mibbit, but what if people don't bother going on it? >:C

If you can, try downloading an IRC client, such as mIRC or HexChat (free version of XChat), and then paste this URL into your browser:

irc://irc.systemnet.info/thepokecommunity

If you prefer not to use an IRC client, then mibbit works fine as well.
