Not sure how this'd work out given bugs are normally really timid and it turns out to be a gigantic dragon unless its like a dragonfly but idk how else it'd be viable :(

There's Fire/Ghost, Water/Ghost so I'd like a Grass/Ghost, I want something similar to Chandelure and Jellicent basically but Grass.

I'd like there to be type combinations with more normal type pokemon, aside from the traditional Flying/Normal dual types tbh. D= Like, it'd be suuuuper cool if there was a Fire/Normal type, as well as a normal/poison type, or a normal/ghost type. Well, it'd be super weird on how that can work, but, I can dream!

Ohh I'd love a bug/dragon type too. :3 That'd be awesome~ <3 I was surprised how there was a bug/fire type in Gen 5, so I hope that they'll make cool bug combinations for this gen. Oh and more ghost and poison type combinations; they need more love too~

It just occurred to me that we actually don't have an Ice/Steel type yet. I'd love to see a Pokémon with that kind of type combo. I imagine its defenses would be pretty good too, because if I recall, I don't think many ice-types have very good defense or special defense stats. At least not anything to really write home about.

A Grass/Ghost is another type combination I'd like to see as well as a Water/Fire type. The latter being something similar to an unstable molecule Pokémon. It kind of fits the theme of DNA in a way too.

Ohhh unstable molecules, or mutated DNA is a cool idea; yeah, there can be pokemon that have dual types that conflict with each other like what you've said with Fire/Water, and maybe Flying/Ground, or even Psychic/Dark.

Yes Bug/Fire would be an excting combo but it will make both rock and fire to be 4* super effective on it!

I was thinking of having Steel/Ice, but that makes isn't really good typing, since it is really weak to both fire and fighting, so yeah.
A Ghost/Grass type is also viable, I guess.
There could also possibly be an Electric/Fighting. Not that bad typing, with only 2 weaknesses, I think.

An electric/fight would be cool... A complete offensive pckage as electric types usually specialise in sp att and fighting types in attacks

Obviously it isn't a dual-type, but I'd love if we finally got some more pure Flying types (rather than just Tornadus).

I'd also love to see some more Electric and more Ice dual-types, as I haven't really been happy with many of them. Ice/Fire, Ice/Poison, Ice/Steel, Electric/Dark, Electric/Rock and Electric/Ice (besides Freeze Rotom) are just some unused combinations off the top of my head.

Normal/Ghost would be an interesting combination!

I would like to see that. It would also be immune to the otherwise perfect Ghost/Fighting move combo.

The only move that would be super effective against a Normal/Ghost-type would be a Dark-type move. All other moves of different types would be either uneffective or deal less damage.

But that would be great type combination for a new Pokémon in Pokémon X and Y.

Ice/Fighting please. Close Combat + Icicle Crash is all I need.

Maybe even possible this time with DNA and genetics being a likely theme.

A Normal/Ghost type would be an interesting concept. Perhaps based off of the undead.

That's not really a dual typing... it's just one normal type. XD; If anything it'd probably be more fighting weak, idk.

Normal/Ghost is still weak to Dark types, bro.

I've love to see Fire/Poison. We see a lot of fire types learning Smog for obvious reasons but some of them even learn Sludge bomb!
