Okay xhir, I just had the Latios checked, it turns out that the Latios is 100 % legitiment. I also found out that it actually did came from smogon as I figured it did. So I don't think there's anything to worry about. ^^

Hey my friend, I'm really sorry to disappoint you but I just talked to the origial owner of that shiny latios (on smogon) and it turns out that the person who gave you that latios was trading it without redis rights (Persmission) because the owner told me it's not fully redis. :(
