The idea of Card of the Week is to rate cards on just about any aspect you wish. Just keep it PG/PG-13 and rate only the card posted in the first post of a given week's Card of the Week thread!

Fine! I'll rate the card!


I think it's useful in just about every deck, because it fetches Trainers from the deck, and it combos well with Level Ball, Heavy Ball, and Ultra Ball in particular because of its trainer-fetching abilities.

The full art card is just downright amazing because it's so shiny, and I like shiny things!
